What is included in the way of support?

We offer full access to our customer support team for all those using our technology, this includes access to our Fusion training videos and manual. Our Premier and Premier Plus customers have access to our advanced support, which includes out of hours support and 1-2-1 training calls.

Is there a warranty on my hardware?

All of our hardware comes with a one year warranty as standard. If you have our Premier or Premier Plus plan, this includes extended warranty for the duration of your contract.
