Covid-19 Update - 06/04/21

We would like to let our customers know we are committed to keeping you safe whilst also continuing to provide the best service possible. You will continue to have live access to your consumption data via our Fusion Portal and we are working as hard as we can to keep things running smoothly.
 

As per the latest Government guidance we will continue to work safely and securely with appointments which require minimal personal contact. Should you wish to rearrange or cancel an appointment please contact us. 

 We continuously review our Covid Secure procedures across our UK wide operation. We shall continue to operate during this time, ensuring it is safe and ethical to do so.

Our engineers are still working and may be seen at your site. Please rest assured all our engineers are taking extra precautions, are adhering to government advice and follow the Covid Secure measures set out in our H&S Policies and RAMS.

 

Our engineers will…
  • Travel alone to site in their company vehicle
  • Sanitise and clean tools regularly

  • Wash/sanitise hands before and after each site visit
  • Keep to social distancing guidelines
  • Wear a PPE Face Mask internally and externally on site if requested

We closely monitor any updates and work with our partners and customers to ensure we can continue operating safely and securely, whilst adhering to local restrictions.
