Yes. Our AMR devices collect hourly consumption and accurate meter readings. With your consent we can share your meter readings with your retailer for accurate and timely monthly billing.

Security has been at the heart of our AMR from its very inception. The system has been designed with top cyber security experts and has been specifically designed to prevent hacking. Our AMR System has its own closed, dedicated communications system to ensure the highest possible level of security.

Our AMR device simply records your water meter readings in the same way as your traditional meter.

Meter readings collected via AMR will only be shared with your utility retailer with your permission and will allow them to prepare accurate and timely billing.

Data is transmitted safely by way of end-to-end encryption, using a dedicated and secure wireless network.

Fusion

Our Fusion Portal is user-friendly and we offer full training to all our customers. Please see our training videos or manual for a comprehensive guide on how to use the Fusion Portal. If you require help or would like to speak to a member of our team regarding the Fusion Portal, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Each user can login with their unique username and password.

Fusion is our user-friendly web portal, which provides easy-to-read visual meter data. Our portal is interactive and presents your meter data easily to help you understand your consumption and alert you to any wastage issues.

Users can view their meter data every 5/15/30/60 minutes.

Fusion analyses your meter data and helps identify issues and understand consumption patterns. Notifications and alerts can also be set up to help identify any leakage/wastage issues.

Fusion measures all water consumption down to the litre. This is presented on Fusion in Cubic Meters as per your Water Bill and Charges.

Our AMR Device counts the pulses being generated by the meter.

The data is sent from the Device to to a Private Network Gateway using Low Powered Long Range Radio (LPWAN).

The Gateway sends the data securely to our servers and the raw data is then presented on our Fusion Portal.

Pricing & Support

We offer full access to our customer support team for all those using our technology, this includes access to our Fusion training videos and manual.

Our Premier and Premier Plus customers have access to our advanced support, which includes out of hours support and 1-2-1 training calls.

Our pricing plans start at £22.00 per annum for our standard data-only package to £60.00 per annum for our all-inclusive Premier Plus plan.

Our most popular plan is Premier at £36.00 per annum.

Our installation price is provided on a case-by-case basis so please contact us today for a full quote.

If you have our Standard plan and you encounter a problem, simply contact us with your concern and we will look into this for you. Should we need to fix and/or replace your device this can be done for a fee.

If you have chosen our Premier or Premier Plus plans we will monitor your devices and if on the rare occasion we find that we have an issue with the read or the collection of data then our Service Level Agreements (SLA) covers the repair.

Our SLA states all network issues will be resolved within 7 days. IoT devices will be fixed or replaced within 30 days, thus ensuring a monthly read minimum (worst case scenario) and ensures estimated bills are a thing of the past.

All of our hardware comes with a one year warranty as standard.

If you have our Premier or Premier Plus plan, this includes extended warranty for the duration of your contract.

Our technology is covered by strict UK and EU product safety laws. This ensures that our AMR Devices have high-quality and meet safety standards, regardless of your meter.

We are committed to ensuring the highest health and safety standards, including strong systems to make sure any issues are identified and dealt with swiftly.

There is no need to shut off supply while our Engineers install our technology to your meter.

A typical installation will take less than 30 minutes per meter and will cause no disruption to supply.

Our device is installed onto the existing meter. We connect a pulse unit to the pulsed output and the meter is not replaced.

Public Health England sees no risk or dangers to health from AMR.

Public Health England, the Government’s agency on public health, has said that exposure to low power radio waves from LPWAN is many times lower than the exposure from Wi-Fi and mobile phones and is well within guideline levels.
