How often does my AMR device transmit my meter reading?
Our AMR Devices are capable of taking data every 5 minutes. Data is recorded every 5/15/30/60 mins and then transmitted to our servers twice a day (every twelve hours).
Is AMR safe?

Will there be interruption to the supply during installation?
No. There is no need to shut off supply while our Engineers install our technology to your meter. Could AMR impact my health?
No. Public Health England sees no risk or dangers to health from AMR. Public Health England, the Government’s agency on public health, has said that exposure to low power radio waves from LPWAN is many times lower than the exposure from Wi-Fi and mobile phones and is well within guideline levels.
