Based in Scotland, one of the challenges faced by Castle Water was having to take meter readings from all across the UK. BUT after investing in our AMR technology, they are now able to overcome this challenge! Using our technology Castle Water are able to monitor 5000 of their meters, receiving accurate and timely meter reads and quality consumption data to improve their customer service. 

 

Caste Water and their customers have access to our fusion portal, allowing accurate billing as well as alerts to identify customer issues in real time.  

Customers of castle water can access their own portal to view their data and help give them a better understanding of their consumption as well as any leakage or wastage. Full customer training and support is provided as we help to make businesses more sustainable.
