We want to make sure you get the very best out of your new system. We train every member of staff who will be using the system not just the 'Trainer'.
Help Desk
All Calls are logged on our in house help desk system allowing us to quickly recognise any trends and call on past experience to resolve any problems.
Return for Repair
Our systems and products are rugged and reliable but should the hardware need to be returned for repair we are able to offer a quick response.

Once up and running we continue supporting you by updating the software so that you can benefit from the latest enhancements.
WEEE (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment)
MTS Ltd will assist you in the proper disposal of your MTS Units when this equipment evetually becomes waste or any historic electrical equipment that MTS is replacing. Please call to arrange collection.
